- Ensure the best possible implementation and optimisation of your strategies in close collaboration with other departments
- Own and develop brand and communication strategies for both existing and new business clients
- Define insights based on qualitative and quantitative audience analysis
- Evaluate and challenge client briefs, and define project scope
- Create creative briefs
- Take the strategic lead on pitches and new business projects
- Develop case studies and submit award entries
- Act as a mentor and sparring partner to junior and mid-level strategists

Your profile
- Master’s degree in a relevant field pertaining to social and/or economic studies
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an agency or consultancy with a focus on brand
- and communication strategy
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical thinking and structured, methodical approach
- Excellent ability to present complex topics clearly and persuasively
- Familiarity with common tools and techniques for synthesising information
- Proven track record in developing strategic, creative, integrated campaigns
- Ability to create and deliver engaging, high-quality presentations
