Freelance Creative Talent Pool (all genders)

FRASER is building a network of talented freelance creatives to support our team across current and upcoming projects.

We’re looking to connect with experienced creative professionals who can bring fresh ideas, strong craft, and flexibility to a range of client projects. Depending on the project, we may be looking for support across areas such as Creative Direction, Art Direction, Copywriting, Design, Social Media, Strategy, and Content, mainly in Germany and Switzerland. 

This is a freelance talent pool rather than a specific open position. By joining the pool, you may be considered for relevant freelance opportunities as they come up. Projects may vary in scope, duration, and level of involvement.

• Strong creative portfolio and a distinctive point of view
• Professional experience in your area of expertise
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with creative teams
• Good communication and reliability
• Availability for freelance projects, either on a project or short-term basis
