Production Coordinator, Cape Town (all genders)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our dynamic Post-Production Studio. This mid-level role is designed to support the Senior Producer, ensuring smooth workflow management, accurate product tracking, and effective communication across internal teams.

Responsibilities

• On-site shoot support: Assist the Senior Producer during shoots, ensuring logistics and schedules run smoothly.
• Product delivery tracking: Monitor delivery status, maintain accurate records, and flag potential delays.
• Quality assurance: Check product quality upon arrival and ensure standards are met before post-production begins.
• Documentation management: Maintain product sheets and tracking documents for internal reporting.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Producer and creative teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

• 2–4 years of experience in a production or coordination role within a creative, design, or agency environment.
• Proven track record of supporting senior team members in fast-paced production environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate product tracking and documentation.
• Resourceful and proactive, with a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Basic understanding of post-production workflows and proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar documentation tools.
• Strong administrative skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative studio environment.
